Terms of Service

MizuTools (“MizuTools”, “we”, “us”) provides a Cardano market-intelligence website at mizutools.xyz. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

MizuTools is an informational analytics tool. It aggregates and displays public, on-chain and market data about the Cardano ecosystem. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, wallet, investment adviser, or money-services business. We do not hold, control, or take custody of your funds or assets at any time.

Nothing on MizuTools is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Cryptoassets are volatile and high-risk; you can lose some or all of your money. All decisions you make are your own and at your own risk. Always do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional before transacting.

Connecting a Cardano wallet uses the CIP-30 standard and only ever shares your public address and signatures you approve. MizuTools never sees or stores your seed phrase or private keys. Any swap or trade you initiate is built and executed by independent third-party decentralized exchanges and aggregators; you sign and submit it from your own wallet. We do not execute, intermediate, or guarantee any transaction, price, or settlement, and we are not responsible for the third-party protocols you transact with.

The site offers optional paid services, all priced and paid on-chain in ADA:

• Project listing & verification — a flat one-time fee to list a project and request the verified badge. Verification is subject to a manual review by our team; approval is at our discretion.
• Boost — a time-boxed promoted placement in the Trending strip.
• Swap convenience fee — when you trade through the embedded swap, a small percentage fee (disclosed at the point of swap) is included in the route by the underlying aggregator.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because payments settle on-chain, they cannot be reversed by us. The listing/verification fee is non-refundable even if a listing is declined during review (this fee also serves as a spam filter). Boost placements are non-refundable once active. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at the moment of payment applies to that purchase.

We make a good-faith effort to show accurate, clearly-scoped data and to label its source and freshness, but on-chain and market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors, and third-party sources may be unavailable. The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Do not rely on any figure as the sole basis for a financial decision.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or automated access that burdens our infrastructure, no attempts to break, probe, or circumvent security, no unlawful activity, and no submitting false, infringing, or malicious content (for example, in a project listing). We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

The site relies on and links to third-party services (data providers, decentralized exchanges, wallets, and external sites). We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, fees, or actions. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MizuTools and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, reliance on its data, or any third-party transaction. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
